These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Agraj Services LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN ADC-0589), with its registered office at H No. 320 A M, IDA Scheme No 140, Tilak Nagar, Indore – 452001, Madhya Pradesh, India, operating under the brand KhataServe (“KhataServe”, “we”, “us”). They apply to your use of khataserve.in, the KhataServe app and our bookkeeping services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your login and OTPs private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The Services

KhataServe provides digital khata, invoicing, inventory, reconciliation, reporting and related bookkeeping tools and services. We may add, change or remove features over time. The Services support your record-keeping; they are not legal, tax or audit advice, and you remain responsible for your filings and compliance.

4. Plans, fees and payment

Some features are free. Paid plans are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase, plus applicable GST.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

You own the business records you add to KhataServe. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Communications

By sharing your mobile number or email, you agree to receive service messages from KhataServe by phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to info@khataserve.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
Upload data you have no right to share.
Try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the Services.
Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.

8. Intellectual property

The KhataServe name, logo, software, designs and content belong to Agraj Services LLP or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while these Terms apply.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Agraj Services LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, with notice where practical. After closure you will have 30 days to export your data.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
