Is the KhataServe app free?+
The app is free to download. It comes with your KhataServe plan, and your team and channel partners use the same app with their own logins.
Why isn't it on the Play Store?+
We publish the app directly on khataserve.in, so you always get the latest version from us. Android asks once to allow installs from your browser: that's normal for apps downloaded from a website.
How do I get updates?+
The app tells you when a new version is out. Tap Update and install: your login and data stay as they are.
Which phones does it work on?+
Any Android phone from Android 7 onwards. For very old phones there is a separate download below.
Can my staff use it?+
Yes. Add your team from KhataServe and each person signs in with your organization code and their own user id, seeing only what you allow.
Is my data safe?+
Your books are stored securely with KhataServe, and only the people you add and your assigned accountant can see them.
